ROXX22C0211 - Interior demo of offices inside the northwest corner of the existing IBM Building 104. This will include demolition of walls, finishes, electrical wiring and devices, HVAC infrastructure, plumbing infrastructure, and data devices and infrastructure. The space will be used to construct and test a mockup of prefabricated walls for the future clinical buildings in the BFUiR project.

Roof section B-104 Rochester Campus. Remove and abate existing BUR roofing down to deck only in areas of bad deck and wet as determined by IR. Replace bad decking. Install new fill insulation to level of existing roof. Overlay existing roof with 1/8" tapered system and adhere 60mil EPDM membrane.
