This project is to finish a walk-out basement into usable space. Interior walls will be added to create two additional bedrooms, a finished bathroom with a shower and a finished family/living room space. Sizes of rooms are approximately as follows: Bedroom: 15'6" x 13'7" Bedroom: 13'6" x 13'3" Bathroom: 10"0" x 7"-0" Living/Family Room: 19'4 x 21'0" Finished ceiling height: 7' 11" Pre-existing wall insulation and vapor barriers will be used as those items were final permit approved in 2023 by the City of St. Cloud during initial building construction.
