Stair/Landing Rebuild. Granite panels at the south plaza wall shall be removed and later reinstalled to allow installation of waterproofing materials and repairs of the back-up walls. Scope also include excavation to access areas and backfill, concrete replacement and repairs, and interior framing and finishing.
