Interior non-structural demolition of fire-damaged 3-story building. Remove interior finishes, fixtures, casework, ceiling and wall coverings, floor coverings, and non-load-bearing partitions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors down to the studs and subfloor. Painted surfaces will be handled using appropriate dust-control and safety practices in accordance with applicable regulations. No exterior or structural demolition other than front porch roof down to the deck framing at this time. Basement level is EXCLUDED from this permit at this time and will remain sealed/off-limits due to asbestos-containing materials that will be handled under a separate abatement permit.
