Replace two windows same size in basement

Build all the 2x4 walls around the block walls. Will use green treated wood on bottom plate and space studs 16 inch on center. Will spray foam all of the walls with closed cell spray insulation and rim joists to a minimum of r 10 insulation.Rewire the family room and bedroom to code. Sheetrock and tape family room and bedroom. Owner to paint and install flooring.

Removal of all non-structural exterior basement walls that cover the foundation to install 4" corrugated drain tile along with full wall height DMX.
