Update venting in home, such as moving vents and replacing returns and supply vents in kitchen, primary bedroom, and living room. Install 3 new bath fans for all three bathrooms.

Rough-in only remodel

Upper Level: Remove cast iron and lead drains and replace with new pvc for existing full bath upstairs. Run a new 3" pvc for new toilet and plumb in a new sink and vanity while tieing into existing vent stack and drain. Replumb existing bathroom removing the galvanized water lines and installing new Pex-A. Add fart fan in both upstairs bathrooms one for the existing and one for the new primary bathroom. The main level: Replumb the powder room by getting rid of lead and installing new 3" pvc for toilet. Add a washer box to the new mud room and tie into existing plumbing. Remove galvanized water lines and replace with Pex A. Basement: Replace galvanized water lines and replace with new pex A.
