I’m requesting a vent permit for a new 1/2 bathroom Im adding to 2088 Jefferson Ave, Saint Paul MN 55105 property. I as a homeowner will be performing the work and will be doing the ventilation aspects of the remodel. Description of work: Turning an existing space of the house to half bathroom laundry setup. Ductwork will be added to supply exterior ventilation for a 80-100CFM bath fan.
Installation of one (1) dedicated 20-amp laundry circuit providing power to a 120V outlet for a GE Heat Pump Washer/Dryer combo. Installation of GFCI-protected outlets for the vanity and laundry area. LED overhead lighting and exhaust fan installation.
Adding an additional half bathroom/laundry on first floor. Work will be done at 2088 Jefferson Ave. Saint Paul MN. Half Bath/Laundry will have standard hookups with the exception of a dryer vent as the new washer/dryer combo does not need one. Half Bath will include toilet, mini, sink, heatpump dryer/washer with 120 volt hookup, and bathroom ventilation.
