Bathroom remodel. Remove old tile on floors and shower surround. Install new tub, toilet and pedestal vanity. Install new tile floor and tile surround. Add new bathroom fan. Paint walls, trim and ceiling. Existing block window will not be manipulated or altered. Plumbing will need to be updated to the stack. Vent pipe will need to be raised. Water line will be placed in wall. Currently they are through the floor. The basement is unfinished making everything easily accessible and visible.

Remove existing steel mains and replace with 1" Pex. Add basement heat as zone. Vent gas dryer.

Bathroom Remodel 1. Cut out and remove waste, vent and water lines to existing plumbing fixtures. 2. Remove piping back to existing cast iron stack in the basement. 3. Raise vent T fitting serving lav and tub for proper code installation. 4. Install new waste, vent and water lines as needed for new fixtures. 5. Set new fiberglass tub and drain. 6.. Install Delta single handle tub/shower valve. 7. Complete hook up of tub/shower trim, toilet and pedestal sink.
