We are looking to do potholing for the upcoming city flood wall install. we need to find a route for xcel to install a new ductline thru that area prior to the flood wall install. We would need to close the east bound turn lane on Jackson St between 2nd st and shepard. This work would only take place during working hrs. The TC would only be set up during the time we are doing our work.
