NEW ELECTRICAL AND AV TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE SPACES. REMAINING WAREHOUSE SPACE WILL REMAIN LOW HAZARD STORAGE SPACE, WHICH WOULD CONTINUE TO BE NON-SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES.
