Adding 4 new 15 amp GFCI outlets in the new basement bedroom per city code(within 6ft from point of entry and 12ft there after). The area currently has 2 non-grounded GFCI outlets- I will use these to connect in a daisy chain for the new outlets. I will run 14/2 Romex wires which will be incased in a wire mold along the wall. I will also add an arc fault breaker to the breaker panel.
Pull and replace return air duct section for stair redo
Connecting a new outlet in the ceiling for a wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector in new basement bedroom. It will be connected to an already installed outlet on the other side of the wall of the bedroom. In essence only thing I'm doing is running a 14/3 Romex wire for about 6 1/2 ft. from the existing outlet to the new outlet to connect to a wired Nest smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
