Interior remodel of the guest and master bathrooms in Unit 2601. Work includes removal of existing finishes, installation of new waterproofed shower/tub systems (Wedi), new tile floors and shower walls, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, updated plumbing trim (no layout changes), new LED mirrors, and repainting. No structural changes and no electrical layout changes. All work will follow Airye requirements, including elevator protection, dust control, and daily cleanup. If needed for the shower control valve, Plumbing coordination and water-shutoff will be handled through the building’s designated plumbing company Coval.
