Gas leak at valve. NS drive lane on Charles BET Fry & Aldine. Anticipating an opening as large as 5 ft by 10 ft in blacktop surface driving lane, will be using traffic control to shift WB lane during prep (burner) and work. Immediate cold patch with permanent blacktop in spring.
