Remove and Replace 2 square of roofing. Remove and replace 1.5 square of siding. Remove and replace roofing ledger board and 3 roof joists. and 4x8 sheathing. Remove and replace or repair wall joists and wall sheathing as needed. Remove window. Infill window opening. Install wall coverings. Window opening framed with 2x4 studs and sheathed with 7/16 OSB, and insulated with R-13 and installed vapor barrier. Roofline framed with 2x4 joists and installed with joist hangers and hurricane brackets. Re-sheathed with 1/2in OSB.
