Footing and foundation for: New Olmsted County Graham Park Exhibition Center will consist of an approximate 80,000 square foot facility that includes a 1,500 seat main show arena, along with a practice arena. A portion of the site will also be redeveloped as part of the project to provide an outdoor activity pad and support plaza that will provide space for a variety of activities.

Underground plumbing only for the new 83,000 square foot Exhibition Center. This work includes installation of an exterior grease interceptor, solids interceptor, and duplex sewage ejector. This work also includes rough in for multiple bathroom groups, mechanical room drains, and kitchen area. There is no storm drain work as this was removed from the project. The work for the yard hydrant piping is under a separate permit.

Underground only work for 16 yard hydrants from building potable water. Work includes 8 yard hydrants on the north side of the new building and 8 yard hydrants on the west side of the building
