Move refrigeration lines and condensate drain for AC to new location.
Install Weil McLain Eco-Tec 199MBH 95% combi boiler Add in-floor hot water heat to newly remodeled mudroom. Pipe back to boiler and add zone control to boiler. Mudroom will have its own temperature control. Contractor to provide concrete floor and rigid foam for new tubing to be installed upon. Remove existing baseboard fintube heat. Add in-floor hot water heat to primary bathroom. Pipe back to boiler and add zone control to boiler. Bathroom will have its own temperature control. Contractor to provide concrete floor and rigid foam for new tubing to be installed upon. Guest Room: Remove existing fintube baseboard heat and replace with properly sized fintube baseboard. Replace existing baseboard radiant heat with new fintube in living room and along the wall between kitchen and guest bedroom.
