Pye-Barker to remove existing fire alarm panel by the front door, key pad, and manual pull stationand install new FireLink panel near the Sprinkler Riser Room. Installing (1) smoke detector above new panel. Medina Electric to disconnect old panel and run wire to the new remote annunciator, to the new panel. High Voltage permit will be submitted by Medina.
Disconnect existing FACP. Install 20amp 120V circuit to feed new FACP. Install breaker lock.

Replace restroom roof mounted exhaust fan, install three new supply grilles and two new return air grilles (where missing)
Code compliance
Replace unapproved ball valves, install ball valve on roof before first tee. Install new condensate piping from furnace to floor drain in riser room. Support all gas lines
Replacing drain work under bathroom sink, and installing new shutoff valves
