Horace Transitional House program will be a program that houses children between the ages of 16-21 all while providing services to help enrich their lives and prepare them for the next phase of their lives. It is not necessary a foster care program, more so a housing program that nurtures them and equip these young adults/children for the real world. We would house 5 children at the property and yes, both of the dwelling units will be used for this. At the Horace Transitional House program, we will provide lodging and outsource any other services per clients medical requirements, such as therapy and/or medical treatment. However, in house we will provide a 24-hour staff that will be on-site at all times, meals will be provided along with transportation to minors who are unable to drive, to and from appointments.
