Master bathroom replum DWV and water to the two sinks, one toilet, one shower and one free standing tub

Updating plumbing in the bathroom from copper to PVC. Reworking plumbing for the shower and adding a free standing bath tub. I also believe there was a copper pipe somewhere near the kitchen that the plumber pointed out and plans on updating to PVC as well. Once plumbing work is completed, spray foam insulation will be blown in and the attic/ crawl space will get new insulation as well. Then sheet rock needs to be installed on all interior walls and ceiling.

Framing on main level of house. Moving of a couple walls. Opening up a doorway in a bearing wall by recessing a double 10" LVL beam in the ceiling. Bottom rafters will be hung with appropriate joist hangers. No finish work will be performed. This is for framing only.

Replacing 14 windows and 1 entry door. Closing off some current window & door openings. Widening 1 window opening.
