Replace furnace with new
Remodeling (interior repair) of single-family dwelling. Scope includes insulation and vapor retarder installation in upper-level bathroom ceiling (~80 sq ft), drywall replacement at main-level ceiling (~144 sq ft), drywall replacement at upper-level bathroom ceiling (~80 sq ft), upper-level hallway wall (~8’ x 12’), small section above bathroom door, and multiple drywall access patches related to electrical rewiring. No structural, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work under this permit (other trades pulling separate permits).
Moving the shower surround and installing a bigger one. We will tear out the old, move walls, plumbing and insulate the exterior wall and finish.
WE ARE INSTALING A NEW FRONT DOOR. WE ARE ALSO MOVING THE SHOWER INSERT IN THE BASEMEMT OVER AND PUTTING A NEW SHOWER SURROUND DOWNSTAIRS.
