Riverfront Court Apartments - Restoration of 10 existing apartments to remove in place shoring and restore apartments back to complete condition. Shoring will be removed, work will be done to ceilings, walls and finishes to restore bedrooms that shoring was install in for the exterior wall repair on the west Riverfront wall.

Internal Courtyard of this building has plaster finish that is failing, and wall cavity has water damage which will require the replacement of some exterior wall framing. We plan to scaffold the courtyard from lower level to fifth floor, remove plaster and substrate, fix framing member where required, install new plywood sheathing, new air barrier and new vertical steel siding. Interior drywall finish will be restored where disturbed. New windows and patio doors will be installed during this process as well.
