Finishing out basement Ductwork Heat runs & return runs
The basement already has two egress windows, a french door, and rough-ins for a full bathroom. We are going to add one bedroom and a full bathroom. The walls will be finished with sheetrock and paint. Waterproof vinyl flooring will be used in all finished spaces. Additional AC to be extended from the HVAC on the ceiling into the Bathroom, into the finished Storage, and into the recreation room.
