Adding an outlet for an Amazon Locker

Demo Power in knee wall. Power to Kiosk Replace 5 hi Bay bays

Tenant improvement of the existing Planet Fitness location. We are looking to add black card doors. Remove walls and add half height walls. Replace wall finishes with the current standards and update flooring finishes.

Remove and replace 5 windows. No change in opening size. No structural change.

5-ton & 7-ton RTU Replacements The Vestibule RTUs have multiple problems, and the parts are no long in production. We will remove the RTUs and install new RTUs for both the main cart room vestibule and the pharmacy vestibule. Both rooms currently don’t have any cooling, they just have heat. The new RTUs that are in stock locally will have heating and cooling systems. We will hook up the heating systems, but not the cooling. To operate the cooling systems new electrical power feeds will need to be installed. Fabricate and install two (2) new curb adaptors. Disconnect and reconnect the gas piping and ductwork, and electrical. Hoisting and Rigging. Provide start-up and testing.

Commerical flat roof, partial reroof. Metal sloped roof deck Remove ballast and membrane, add insulation to bring to R30. Install new membrane and ballast materials. All materials are like in weight.
