Plumbing Residential Alteration - Licensed Contractor

Upper Level Bathroom 1. Disconnect waste and water lines to tub, vanity and toilet prior to demo. 2. Replace 2" horizontal waste piping from 3" cast iron stack up to existing tub and new vanity. New piping to tie onto existing 2" cast pipe connection at 3" side inlet sanitary T. 3. Replace closet bend for toilet. 4. Install new single function tub/shower valve. 5. Install new waste and over flow drain on tub. 6. Install new water piping from existign galvinized water lines in basement up to bathroom fixtures. 7. Install new stainless steel toilet flange on floor. 8. Complete hook up tub/shower trim, vanity and toilet. Basement Bathroom 1. Plumbing Restoration to open concrete floor for access to existing underground waste piping for new shower and lavatory. 2. Install new waste, vent and water lines to toilet, shower and vanity. 3. Set fiberglass shower base and surround. Shower door to be installed by others. 4. Install single function shower valve. 5. Install new water line
