Fire Alarm Permit - 100 or Fewer Devices

JCI Security will remove the existing, failing combination fire and intrusion monitoring system and install a new cellular-based fire alarm monitoring system. The installation will include one monitoring control panel with a cellular communicator in the same location as the existing panel, reuse of the existing TG-7 cellular communicator (replacement at additional cost if it fails), one remote annunciator/keypad installed at the north entry door using existing wiring, and two monitoring modules adjacent to the new panel to receive fire alarm and trouble signals from the main Gamewell fire alarm control panel located approximately two feet away. This proposal covers monitoring only and does not include replacement of the main Gamewell fire alarm system, which will be addressed separately at a later date. All equipment will be professionally installed and commissioned by JCI Security in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
