Building - Remodel - Commercial/Multifamily 3+ Units

Full gut remodel of existing kitchen to remain in its current location. Scope includes new cabinetry, finishes, and appliances, with minor relocation/adjustments to plumbing, electrical (see attached plans; separate mechanic permits will be pulled). Work also includes installation of recessed lighting in the adjacent living room and replacement of flooring throughout the main living area. No changes to the building footprint or structural layout.
