Scope includes insulation and vapor retarder installation in upper-level bathroom ceiling (~80 sq ft), drywall replacement at main-level ceiling (~144 sq ft), drywall replacement at upper-level bathroom ceiling (~80 sq ft), upper-level hallway wall (~8’ x 12’), small section above bathroom door, and multiple drywall access patches related to electrical rewiring. No structural, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work under this permit (other trades pulling separate permits).
