Remodel and Repair of the Main Building (window and roof replacement, brick/masonry tuck pointing, facia repair and repainting. rebuilding of exterior entry/stair/ ramp to meet ADA compliance and 2nd and 3rd floor emergency exit. Replace existing bathrooms and other miscellaneous interior maintenance items.). Separate permits will be pulled for the Retaining wall and Community Building.
