Building - Remodel - Commercial/Multifamily 3+ Units

This project takes place at SPPS's Heights Community School located at 1863 Clear Ave. E., St. Paul, MN 55119 The main project scope includes upgrades to building HVAC and fire protection systems throughout the school. HVAC includes replacement of mosts air handling units and roof top units along with replacement of the existing steam boilers. HVAC upgrades will includes the addition of air conditioning throughout the school. Fire protection will be added to existing classrooms that are not currently sprinkled. A new dry pipe sprinkler system will be installed in an unheated attic space on the east wing of the building. Once the project is complete, the buildling will be fully sprinkled. The project includes the replacement of new ceilings in corridors, structural platforms for support of AHUs, and adding a roof access stair on the NE portion of the building. Portions of the roof will be replaced where the new structural platforms are installed.
