Residential Building Remodel by Licensed Contractor

Creating a finish base in the basement for a new sauna. No structural work, scope to include frame new walls with treated plates, and install vapor barrier between new 2 x 4 wall and foundation wall, wire space for sauna heater. Install tongue and groove trim boards on the interior of the sauna walls and ceiling. Outside of the new space only, install drywall to paint ready.
