Demoing existing flooring and installing new subfloor and VCT flooring tiles. Cutting in and installing new exterior full lite door off back of kitchen which will exit to their backyard. Cutting in and installing new double hung window in back mudroom area. Removing existing back door replacing with window and patching siding on exterior side of home.
