Building - Remodel - Commercial/Multifamily 3+ Units

This project consists of 6,800 sf of renovated spaces of lobby space, check-in desk, security desk, welcome desk, waiting room, behavioral health space along with triage, fast track and calming rooms with restrooms and staffing areas. The new entrance vestibule and all exterior work shown on plans is not part of this permit. Separate permits for will be submitted at a later date.
