Residential Building Remodel by Licensed Contractor

Remodel of a previously finished basement and adding a bedroom with an egress window in the basement. We are not adding any additional space, only updating previously finished areas. The walls had old paneling and will have sheetrock. All electrical has already been completed and inspected by the city.
