Stairchair Lift - Private Residence

New Construction SC3977 Installation of one residential stairlift system to improve accessibility within an existing single family home. Equipment to be installed is an Acorn 130 straight stairlift, right hand configuration, mounted to the stair treads. Total track length will be approximately 145 to 146 inches. Unit will be installed with high leg supports due to stair construction. Installation will be non structural, will not modify the existing staircase, and will be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable Minnesota residential code requirements. Electrical connection will be to a standard household outlet.
