(verify at final) additionally, there is a clearance issue with the bottom of the door and the tile in the elevator lobby. contractor proposed cutting down the bottom of the fire door for clearance (includes bottom latch) told contractor that any modifications to door would need to be approved by the listing agency (Intertek) [NFPA 80] follow up on this
