contractor failed to schedule an inspection to verify all foundation, electrical, and plumbing elements were abated and removed from site. [MN Rules 1300.0210, Subp 4. and 5.] pictures provided show section(s) of footings and bracing left below grade. part of the remaining foundation elements were under a boulder retaining wall and would have been allowed to remain. pictures also showed portions of foundation system that would have been required to be removed during an on site inspection. additionally, none of the pictures showed a clean site with debris off site (or moved away from excavation) due to lack of pictures demonstrating compliance, the demolition is NOT Approved
