Punch list work completed but must fix invert in road were it dumps into our sanitary. Slop invert 10/3/25 It does function but want it sloped to prevent future build up. 4/11/25 finished riser took pictures all joints are blocked and riser is rodded 4/14/25 filled riser and shut off valve inside project waiting for hydro. started back on storm sewer 4/15/25 putting storm sewer in ground used a rachet strap gator wrap joint in between tin whistle filtration basin and outgoing plastic pipe. 4/17/25 putting in storm setting a nyo-plast structure under a parking lot on a 2 by 3 CB highly recommended not to and use a standard MH. Talked to RJ and he had seen it in review and recommended not to but it is up to Gardner group the and Civil Site group to change we can only recommend being it is private. 4/24/25 flushed watermain out of 3 two inch hoses from 8 inch riser. flushed for 35 min from riser and 5 min from hydrant will draw samples tomorrow. 4/25/25 boring across upland using 10 inch hdpe to inside MH Ernie and United water and sewer. Also drew samples from riser and brought to Elk River samples passed. 9/29.25 Televised sewer looks good just have some invert work to do and doghouses to finish. 10/2/25 went though entire job wrote up punch list with job supervisor United is coming out to repair. will close out permits with remarks they will finish there mud work. more notes in work order 2024-K
