*Gas & Electric still need to be disconnected* Overall, site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete. No IP installed (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: ??? *Datalink search indicated a well is on site (status is unknown) City records indicate there is a well on-site, but the status is unknown. Contact MDH during demo if well is located. If active, well must be sealed and documentation sent to the City to confirm it has been sealed.
