Site looked good. EC in place. Using existing driveway until demo is complete. No IP needed at this time (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. * Site sign has been installed but sign came off post and needs to be reinstalled. Contractor to send pic when completed. Inspection conducted by Andy Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy
