    All cleanup requested has been completed. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.

    Conducted Pre-construction inspection. Took photos and uploaded to PDox. EC installed (combo of bio logs and silt fence). Site sign installed. Using section of existing driveway as entrance/exit. No IP installed. *Existing driveway needs to be scraped clean and be free from sediment in order to utilize as proper construction entrance/exit. *Washout along curbline and around CB needs to be cleaned up. NOTE: Will need to install IP if construction begins before 11/14/25
