Non-Residential Plumbing New or Alteration

Adding a new bathroom and mop sink to the existing space. Concrete will be removed to install the underground plumbing. I plan to tie onto an existing 4'' cleanout riser near the new bathroom location. A new 3" vent will go through the roof above the bathroom. There is a 2" water main dedicated to this space that will be reduced to 3/4" to feed the new bathroom. A 6-gallon water heater will be installed above the bathroom.
