Non-Residential Plumbing New or Alteration

1021 Elevate Ln, Suite 400- Finishing existing plumbing rough-in and setting fixtures. Northeast Bathroom- Concrete will be cut to move the existing underground plumbing for the new bathroom location. The bathroom will contain one water closet and one lavatory sink with a new 3" vent through the roof. Water for both fixtures will come from the water room to the East. Center Bathroom- Concrete will be cut to add a new waste line for a water cooler. The vent for the water cooler drain will tie into the existing 3" plumbing vent serving the bathroom. Two 2" fixture vents serving the nearby flammable waste interceptors will also be extended up and tie into the existing 3" VTR. Two 3" vents serving the flammable waste interceptors will be individually extended through the roof.
