Non-Residential Plumbing New or Alteration

Adding a new, wall-hung porcelain handwashing sink in an existing room on the west side of the building. I will plan to tie on to the existing sanitary sewer outside of the building using a sanitary tee on a cleanout riser. The new 2" waste pipe will enter the building 4' deep and turn up just inside the exterior wall of the building. The vent for the new sink will connect to an existing plumbing vent in the mechanical room across the hall. Hot and cold water for the new sink will also come from this mechanical room.
