Non-Residential Reroof (Other Than Flat)

1)Remove existing roofing and underlayment. 2)Removed any rotted and/or damaged decking (before & after picture to be taken and provided at final inspection). 3)Install Ice & Water, per code. 4)The remainder of the roof is to be covered with synthetic roof felt. 5)Install Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles and Owens Corning Hip & Ridge shingles, with proper ventilation & flashing.
