City of Mankato Land Disturbance

Reconstruction of the alleys from Byron Street to Parsons Street, between Lincoln Street and Pleasant Street, will begin the week of August 18. The week of August 25, reconstruction will start on the alley from Harper Street to the south, between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue, and the alley from Maxfield Street to the south, between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue. In addition to replacing the gravel surface with new pavement, the Maxfield Street alley will also receive new underground storm sewer piping to improve drainage. See city plans 11131.
