New front and back doors. Remove old sinking cement steps from front entry and replace with 6x12’ deck. New pocket windows. No framing will be removed or replaced except in main bathroom. Replace bathroom window with smaller window. Remodel bathroom/ add shower. New electrical service and wiring. Already inspected by MN State Inspector. New furnace and air conditioning. Separate permit through GSM. Add gutters Paint window trims and siding. New kitchen cabinets Add insulation to outer walls/ Reichel Insulation. Restore current hardwood floors.
