convert existing mens bathroom in vestibule to new office space. demo existing bathroom entrance wall and reframe roughly 3' back into vestibule area. remove and flip other 2 doors from vestibule and lobby to back hallway so they swing out for emergency egress. Remove bathroom plumbing fixtures and floor drain, cap below concrete and in wall before covering.
