Residential Retaining Wall (Over 4ft.)

Proposed is to replace two failing egress retaining walls on the property. The one on the north side of the property is proposed to be a tiered retaining wall (2'6") each tier. The one on the north side of the property is proposed to be a seat wall 5' tall. Product is county tribute retaining wall systems. Both current egress retaining walls are on the edge of collapsing
