Residential Fence

We will be installing a black chain link fence 4' tall. Fence will be built square off both sides of the house and either connecting to or butting up to the neighbors fence. Fence will be built away from property lines on both sides of the house. Neighbors in the back have verbally agreed to allow this fence to connect or butt up to there's. Let me know if you need any written consent from them and I can get that
