Basement work: Bathroom reframing walls in location of existing walls, adding 2 3' walls for a shower insert. new location of 32" shower, pedestal sink, toilet is staying in same location but we are removing the cast lien and putting in PVC line, adding a bath fan and smoke CO combo in basement, we will be closing in the 4 basement windows permanently. Adding a handrail going down the stairs to code. Electrical service was updated to 200-amp service work done by Plogg Electric and inspected and passed. Installing a new sump pump basket and sump pump. Upstairs bath took out shower and shifted over about 4' for adequate headroom, framed in a couple 36" walls and a ceiling under the actual ceiling to accommodate a bath vent fan. The toilet and vanity will stay in the same spot. Replacing the interior doors on this level and adding smoke CP combos in each room and hall.
